Vana Sutras Shipping Policy
- Vana Sutras ships throughout India.
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email / SMS confirming the same along with the tracking link.
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our end.
- Our orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). However, yearly sales festivals, national and local incidents, government directives, etc can lead to delays.
- Different parts of your order might be shipped separately due to the location of our warehouse. It will not affect the price, shipping and payment format you choose at the time of placing your order.
- Shipping charges will be applicable as per your location. Shipping is free for all orders above Rs 750.
Vana Sutras Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us on our helpline number +91 8482828361/ +91 8482828368 or emailing your request to us on [email protected].
- Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. It will be eligible for return or exchange after you receive it at your end.
- In case of cancellation, you will be refunded the exact amount through the same payment gateway that you have used to make the purchase. The refund process takes 24-48 business hours.
- In case of return, the payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account. For cash transactions, the refund will be done via bank transfer. Once we receive the products back, the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours.
- In case you have used a discount coupon, it will stand null and void after cancellation as it is meant for one-time use only. Loyalty reward points used to make a purchase will be credited back after successful cancellation.
- Free gifts, if any, are to be given back along with the returned products.
- All of the above is applicable to individual products, even if you have ordered multiple products.
- Products not eligible for return include:
- Used product
- Product without original packaging, label, price tag, bar code and original accessories.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
- If a request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
- Free product provided by a brand.
- Customised products

- Expired products
- Wrong product
